Throwback – Roadtrip – Palm Beach & Skagen and Grenen ;)

Guys, I tell you – Covid-19 made it tough for many of us, and I’m definitely not excluded 😉

After more than 2 years without travels, and 1,5 year without any trips in Denmark too, I must say that I was pretty much tired and badly wanted to do something! So a friend and I decided to go for a roadtrip in Northern Jutland for 2 days. She is actually from Copenhagen, so we took some days off during june, met in Aarhus for some brunch, enjoyed a lovely sunny day in Aarhus around the Marselisborg park and beach, spent some time at the Endless Bridge.

Vegan Dining in Odense: Restaurant Paprika

There are some Indian restaurants in Denmark. I have visited some of them, where Restaurant Paprika in Odense is definitely my favourite Indian restaurant I’ve visited so far. When I am in Odense, we mostly go to Paprika, because we really love the food here 😉 Also the Indian take away “Classic Indian” in Odense is very popular, but if you ask me, Paprika is much better. Also Paprika offers take away, by the way 😉

Vegetarian in Aarhus: Restaurant Mellemrum

Aarhus is one of my favourite towns in Denmark, next to Aalborg. While Aalborg is the cozy town and is the most perfect town according to me, Aarhus is the next perfect town – but with the perfect localization – geographically 🙃

Aarhus has everything, and that’s why I love it. After completing my degrees in Odense, I immediately got a job in Aarhus, and therefore had to move. In the beginning, it all seemed like a busy hell, but as time passed, I became very happy with Aarhus. Aarhus is definitely the place I want to live in – if not Aalborg was located here 😛
