Ewaan Restaurant – The Palace Downtown, Dubai

After our visit to Dubai Miracle Garden we took some rest before our dinner at the Palace Downtown. As mentioned before, Souk Al Bahar and the Palace Downtown are my favourite spots in Dubai. There are so much space to enjoy the moment and to relax.

The Palace Downtown consists of hotels, resorts, restaurants and lounges. If you want to stay in Downtown Dubai, close to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and still need a lot of space, The Palace Downtown will be the perfect place to enjoy your stay.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Dubai

The 4th day was actually dedicated to water sports too, but as both of us got hurt during water sports on the day before, we decided to spend the day elsewhere. Therefore, we went to the Dubai Aquarium and the Miracle Garden.

The Dubai Aquarium is the biggest aquarium in the world, placed in the biggest shopping mall in the world – the Dubai Mall. What else do I need to say about this place? 😉

Water Sports – JBR, Dubai

The 3rd day in Dubai was spent on water sports. We went to Jumeirah Beach behind the Jumeirah Beach Resorts (JBR Beach). My bestie had booked sessions for jetpack and jetovator, but we decided to try fly board instead of jetpack.

Fly board is actually real fun, but I normally have some issues with my left foot, and it gave me troubles during the session. I then got hurt. Unfortunately, I had to stop my session.

If you are planning such water sports, make sure to start with the easiest session first. Jetovator is very tough, and it requires a lot of physical strength, mainly arms. Fly board is much better and funnier, as you mainly have to focus on your legs to be totally straight during the session. Jet pack is a bit tougher. There are several tutorials in YouTube.

We had booked our sessions via getyourguide.com. I’m sure going to try fly board again, but I first have my foot to get fixed 😉

Al Muntaha – Burj al Arab, Dubai

Dinner on the 2nd day of our trip to Dubai took place at Al Muntaha Restaurant in Burj al Arab.

I was so excited to visit Burj al Arab, as it is the only 7 star hotel in the world. It definitely live up to this. Any place in Dubai is beautiful, many places are with luxurious interior and designs, but Burj Al Arab is something else, it’s grand. I made a small description with pictures about Burj Al Arab in the former post 😉
