Easily Distracted by Thai Food á la Fuengirola

Yep, Thai it is. Because no one has ever said “no” to Thai food. Right? 😄

I love spicy food. My favourite kitchen is of course the Tamil-Ceylonese kitchen, and my second most favourite kitchen is – Thai. Of course 😏 Thai food is just amazing, and reminds me pretty much of Ceylon Tamil food because of the spices and the coconut milk. Yet, there are still some differences, which makes them unique. Serve me Tamil and Thai food. I’ll be happy 😅

My brother hadn’t tasted Thai food. Like never. And I really wanted some Thai food. Google, what should we do without you? 😁 I googled Thai food in Fuengirola, and this place popped up. So I asked my brother if he wanted to try Thai food, and he said yes. But he wasn’t like “omg yes”, but more like “okay what else can I do?” 😂 So I promised him that he wouldn’t regeret it, and I even promised to pay the bills 😅

So.. we went to this place. PadThaiWok at C. Jacinto Benavente, near the Puerto Fuengirola. A fancy, but cozy place. We were a bit unsure about what to order, as everything vegetarian on the menu sounded so good. But I decided to try the red curry, while my brother ordered a veg kung pao, which he said was really good.

Also my red curry was exactly as I wanted. Properly spiced and rich in taste. So yummy!

We later realized that PadThaiWok is actually a quite big restaurant chain with a lot of restaurants located in Spain, mostly in Andalucía. I think, that I’ll eat here again, if I visit Malaga or Fuengirola again. Because I can’t live without spicy food 😆
